According to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), Cömertoğlu Otelcilik ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“hereinafter referred to as ‘Delphinhomes’”) is defined as the data controller due to processing your personal data. Outside of legal obligations that do not require informing and your explicit consent, your personal data is not transferred.

Your personal data is obtained through automated methods when you enter your information on the Request a Call screen. Additionally, your transaction security (date and time of the transactions you perform) data is automatically generated by our site.

Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

Data subjects must initially convey their rights regarding their personal data to the data controller.

According to the Law, regarding your personal data, you have the right to: a) Learn whether your personal data is processed or not, b) Request information if your personal data has been processed, c) Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose, ç) Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad, d) Request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, e) Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons for processing no longer exist, f) Request the notification of the operations carried out as per (d) and (e) to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, g) Object to the occurrence of a result against you through the analysis of your processed data exclusively by automated systems, ğ) Request compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
